Coachella — Douglas

One of the most international events of the year — we were on site for Douglas. In an exclusive villa in Palm Springs, creators from across Europe came together to experience the Coachella weekend.

Each day began at the Douglas villa, where everyone got ready for the festival. Various brands such as Lancaster, Sol de Janeiro, Color Wow and MAC were on site and part of the get-ready experience. Alongside hair and make-up, a DJ and special highlights such as a tattoo artist created a unique atmosphere.

Over three days, this produced a continuous flow of content, community and brand experience.

We photographed the entire event at the villa, shooting creators in combination with products and delivering both authentic moments and targeted brand content.

Since no professional production is possible on the festival grounds themselves, we captured the mood there with a small camera as a supplement. The clear focus, however, remained the villa as the central content hub.

A particular challenge was the time difference to Germany. To allow the content to be used immediately, we edited and delivered the images during the night, so that they were ready right on time for the start of the day in Europe.
